Role Responsibilities
- 1Build and optimize core components of the real-time agent assist engine using Python, FastAPI, Kafka, and Redis.
- 2Train, evaluate, and integrate Whisper, wav2vec, or custom Speech-to-Text models on diverse datasets.
- 3Work on Large Language Model and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector database integrations.
- 4Develop internal tools to analyze, visualize, and scale insights from conversations across multiple languages.
- 5Optimize systems for low latency, high reliability, and multilingual accuracy in dynamic enterprise environments.
