Role Responsibilities
- 1Identify high-impact growth opportunities, size opportunities, and run early experiments to scale charters into major company initiatives.
- 2Own end-to-end execution and delivery of key business metrics including P&L, GMV, NMV, and OKRs.
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- 4Conduct rigorous root-cause analyses (RCA) on critical business metrics and present data-backed solutions to senior leadership.
- 5Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers while directly driving high-priority initiatives.
