Role Responsibilities
- 1Understand real business processes and workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and other enterprise functions.
- 2Identify users, steps, decisions, rules, and exceptions to map workflows and user journeys.
- 3Translate complex business problems into clear functional requirements.
- 4Think through edge cases, alternative scenarios, and process connectivity across applications.
- 5Research existing enterprise software approaches and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- 6Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams.
