Role Responsibilities

  • 1Manage configuration, deployment, tracking, lifecycle, and asset records for a large fleet of consumer devices and test equipment.
  • 2Maintain lab racks, benches, test rigs, cabling, power, networking, and peripherals while coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • 3Flash, provision, reset, configure, label, and assign devices to various test environments.
  • 4Partner with engineering and QA on large-scale test automation setups, failure reproduction, diagnostics collection, and log capture.
  • 5Track fleet health, rig availability, utilization, and capacity planning to identify bottlenecks before they impact testing.
  • 6Collaborate across hardware, systems, QA, reliability, IT, and infrastructure teams to maintain operational readiness.
