Role Responsibilities
- 1Review submission forms, point lists, and supporting documentation from project managers and contractors
- 2Compare each submitted point against the management system to confirm delivery as documented
- 3Verify conformance to naming conventions, labeling, and tagging standards
- 4Monitor live building data for points that go stale, drop out, or report values outside a sensible range
- 5Investigate data issues to determine their cause and escalate as necessary
- 6Maintain clear records of what was verified, what was rejected, and why
