Recruiter Fit Breakdown & Candid Summary

1

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a 0-to-1 product surface within their developer platform and infrastructure business.

2

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience focused on developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure with a strong background in product-led growth.

3

This role demands a high-agency builder with technical fluency who thrives in ambiguity and can move fluidly between customer sales calls, technical design, and execution.

4

Candidates without developer platform or API product experience, or those who prefer structured, pre-defined roadmaps, should not apply.

Role Responsibilities

  • 1Take ambiguous 0-to-1 opportunities like agentic payments, stablecoin rails, or data APIs and turn them into shipped products with real usage and revenue.
  • 2Run discovery and sales calls, define the pitch, and deliver production-ready products that align with customer promises.
  • 3Engage directly with developers through support channels, GitHub issues, and customer Slack channels to ensure high adoption.
  • 4Set and maintain high standards for latency, reliability, and developer experience while maintaining rapid execution.
  • 5Make critical product decisions with incomplete information and iterate based on incoming usage data.
