Role Responsibilities
- 1Act as subject matter expert on existing and emerging AI and data protection regulations in the EMEA region.
- 2Advise on global cross-border data transfer requirements and privacy by design policies.
- 3Guide the Data and Privacy Operations team on data subject requests, impact assessments, and vendor reviews.
- 4Support commercial transactions by negotiating data processing addendums and other privacy-related contracts.
- 5Perform data and privacy-related due diligence and integration for M&A transactions.
- 6Advise cross-functional teams on legal requirements and procedures regarding security and privacy incidents.
