Role Responsibilities
- 1Partner with business leaders and Compliance to advise on EU and international e-money, payment services, financial services, and digital asset requirement
- 2Advise regional operating entities on new products and services, intercompany arrangements, commercial relationships, banking partnerships, and terms of bu
- 3Guide product launches, market expansion, and marketing initiatives across jurisdictions by coordinating with the US-based Legal team and regional counsel.
- 4Monitor European and international legal and policy developments, explain business implications, and support advocacy for effective digital asset regulatio
- 5Assess legal and regulatory risks, recommend practical solutions, and improve processes to support growing international operations.
