Role Responsibilities
- 1Own end-to-end investigation and resolution of escalated payments fraud cases, including chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers.
- 2Analyze fraud trends and patterns across payment activities, synthesizing data into actionable recommendations to improve detection logic.
- 3Handle premium and high-complexity customer cases, using sound judgment to make risk decisions and coordinate with stakeholders.
- 4Partner cross-functionaly with Product, Data Science, Risk ML, and Engineering to develop risk management strategies and rule logic.
- 5Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to scale risk operations while maintaining consistency.
