Candidates must be flexible with shift work to support a 24/7 screening operation and be based out of the Hyderabad office.

Role Responsibilities
- 1Own end-to-end screening processes to identify potential risks associated with customers, individuals, and entities.
- 2Analyze transaction activity and KYC information, conduct due diligence research, and recommend escalations.
- 3Maintain detailed documentation of screening decisions to demonstrate compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
- 4Incorporate feedback from Quality Assurance and participate in calibration sessions to improve accuracy.
- 5Identify gaps in screening procedures and contribute recommendations for process improvements.
