Role Responsibilities
- 1Plan and execute local communications and PR strategies aligned with global goals across Consumer, Policy, and Merchant narratives.
- 2Lead crisis communications and manage sensitive topics in close alignment with local and global leadership.
- 3Build trusted relationships with key Italian media, act as a spokesperson, and coach local leadership for interviews.
- 4Direct local PR agencies to deliver creative B2B and B2C campaigns across earned and owned channels.
- 5Partner with Policy, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to translate complex platform topics into public messaging.
