Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead the site team and prioritize shift tasks to achieve company objectives in close collaboration with site management.
- 2Supervise order picking and packing efficiency to meet strict time targets and quality assurance SLAs.
- 3Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) through supervision and coaching.
- 4Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring accurate handovers to riders and minimizing mistakes.
- 5Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, temperature regulations, and complete daily stock counts and claims.
- 6Conduct Health & Safety checks and ensure team members adhere to safety policies and timekeeping regulations.
