Role Responsibilities
- 1Regularly assess site performance using key metrics such as B10s, rejections, missing items, and cancellations.
- 2Investigate performance issues, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- 3Train and upskill pickers on Deliveroo's SOPs, focusing on substitution handling, order prioritization, and picking accuracy.
- 4Create site-specific action plans to improve store KPIs and outline proposed solutions.
- 5Conduct regular checks on store tablets, printers, and SIMs to troubleshoot or escalate hardware issues.
- 6Work closely with partner store managers and staff to ensure proper stock availability and efficient order preparation.
