Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead the warehouse team by example, managing staff on shift and training new team members.
- 2Accurately pick and pack items on a per-order basis for customer dispatch.
- 3Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- 4Receive inbound goods from vendors, verifying physical counts against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- 5Manage inventory through put-away tasks, cycle counts, waste management, and partnership execution.
- 6Maintain warehouse compliance, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Health and Safety standards.
