Role Responsibilities
- 1Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall security architecture.
- 2Design, build, and optimize advanced record-triggered, screen, and scheduled flows while migrating legacy automation.
- 3Perform mass data operations and enforce data hygiene and governance using Data Loader, Workbench, and custom validation rules.
- 4Triage and resolve tier-2 platform support tickets, conduct user training, and maintain technical documentation.
- 5Manage sandbox environments, deployments via Change Sets, and release management processes.
