LangChain is seeking an experienced Deployed Architect to join their Professional Services team in New York, combining software development, infrastructure engineering, and client-facing skills.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of technical, customer-facing experience with strong backgrounds in both cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform) and AI/LLM agent engineering.
You will work directly with Fortune 500 enterprise clients to architect scalable deployments, build reliable multi-agent systems, and lead technical assessments.
This role is not suited for junior engineers or those lacking hands-on production experience in both cloud-native infrastructure and modern AI frameworks.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, networking, security, and enterprise integration p
- 2Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm alongside multi-region HA/DR strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- 3Design multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- 4Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts via A/B testing, and guide operational deployments.
- 5Lead technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and present technical recommendations.
