Role Responsibilities
- 1Advise enterprise customers on agent architecture design, evaluation strategy review, and best-practice production guidance.
- 2Co-build alongside customer engineering teams across the full Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) in outcome-scoped engagements.
- 3Embed inside customer teams for extended engagements as a de facto member to ship agent systems directly.
- 4Design end-to-end agent architectures, orchestration patterns, evals, custom conversational UIs, and production deployments.
- 5Apply AI methodologies including post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, and model selection.
