Role Responsibilities
- 1Define and refine the Anti Financial Crime Strategy and segment strategy to enable data-driven trade-offs.
- 2Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and identifying inefficiencies to streamline processes.
- 3Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure alignment with company objectives and proactively review performance insights.
- 4Manage and maintain critical vendor and external service provider relationships ensuring performance tracking.
- 5Develop business cases to evaluate the cost, impact, and value of new opportunities.
- 6Coordinate cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders across Product, Tech, Data, Growth, and Finance.
