Role Responsibilities
- 1Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals into scalable Notion solutions.
- 2Design scalable Notion architectures that handle customer workflows, permissions, governance needs, integrations, and AI use cases.
- 3Deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and Developer Platform capabilities.
- 4Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements to convert them into packaged solutions, templates, and reference architectures.
- 5Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, making practical tradeoff recommendations and aligning stakeholders on implementation paths.
