Role Responsibilities
- 1Support public sector customers, including U.S. Government agencies and FedRAMP-compliant teams, by troubleshooting complex issues and security needs.
- 2Serve as an expert on OpenAI’s products and platform while acting as a critical escalation point for high-impact technical issues.
- 3Partner with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and proactively prevent recurring problems.
- 4Leverage scripting and emerging AI capabilities to improve internal tooling and automate operational workflows.
- 5Take learnings from customer issues to scale solutions in partnership with Product and Go-To-Market teams.
- 6Provide occasional holiday and weekend support on-call coverage as needed.
