Role Responsibilities
- 1Set strategic direction for Cyber Operations, translating organizational priorities into operating models, roadmaps, and SOPs.
- 2Serve as the senior cybersecurity and cyber intelligence expert for complex and high-risk decisions across products like ChatGPT and API.
- 3Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team while leading through influence across full-time employees and BPO partners.
- 4Turn policy ambiguity and quality data into clear decision rules, calibration examples, and training requirements.
- 5Own operational health metrics including queue coverage, reviewer productivity, quality metrics, and SLA adherence.
- 6Use analysis and automation to diagnose root causes, surface risks, and reduce manual effort in high-stakes workflows.
