Role Responsibilities
- 1Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, to define effective patterns for responsible adoption across government org
- 2Lead government customers through the full enablement lifecycle, from initial onboarding and activation through expansion and long-term adoption.
- 3Design and deliver high-impact engagements such as onboarding sessions, training, executive briefings, academies, and hands-on workflow labs.
- 4Guide government leaders, champions, and teams through organizational change by building confidence and establishing effective habits.
- 5Develop government-specific learning journeys, training materials, playbooks, FAQs, demonstrations, and use cases to scale adoption programs.
- 6Build trusted relationships with government leaders, program owners, technical teams, and front-line public servants.
