- 2Drive credit and commercial strategy while turning capabilities like audience selection and eligibility into reusable building blocks.
- 3Create a repeatable path from initial idea to a scaled, measurable GTM motion.
- 4Enable Account Directors and partnership teams to incubate and own programs independently.
- 5Establish common frameworks for sizing, economics, attribution, experimentation, and optimization.
- 6Drive dependencies and establish durable cross-functional ownership across Product, Engineering, Finance, and User Ops.
