Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead cross-functional operational programs that improve scalability, consistency, and operational maturity.
- 2Drive operational excellence initiatives across IT Support, employee lifecycle operations, meeting room and calendaring services, onsite support, and resea
- 3Build operating models, readiness plans, escalation paths, governance cadences, and success metrics for complex operational programs.
- 4Partner with technical teams to ensure new deployments, infrastructure investments, and internal platforms are operationally ready and sustainably supporte
- 5Drive high-priority operational programs supporting company growth, including infrastructure expansion and operational integrations.
- 6Own intake, prioritization, coordination, and completion of operational work originating from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
