Role Responsibilities
- 1Own an integrated view of OpenAI’s international performance across Consumer, Enterprise/API, and Developer businesses to guide resource allocation.
- 2Partner with regional GMs and functional leaders to shape country strategies spanning Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Policy.
- 3Lead regional financial planning and forecasting, tracking budgets, headcount, capacity, investments, and risks against the company plan.
- 4Build and operationalize investment frameworks across markets, channels, and programs to evaluate expected returns and tradeoffs.
- 5Create regional and country scorecards and lead regular business reviews tracking key metrics and driving executive decisions.
- 6Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Data Science to strengthen acquisition and retention measurement.
