Role Responsibilities
- 1Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, addressing feedback and queries professionally.
- 2Manage member bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through TeamUp, assisting with account-related issues.
- 3Perform check-in duties, ensuring adherence to studio rules, waivers, and terms, and managing class occupancy and waitlists.
- 4Support production teams by optimizing studio energy, audience placement, and participation.
- 5Assist with post-class meet & greets, taking and sending photos, and celebrating member milestones.
- 6Become proficient in various studio systems including reservation, email, SMS, G-Suite, and Slack, performing administrative tasks.
