Pixi Beauty is seeking an AI Analyst to build practical AI capabilities across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Marketplace.
The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, automation, or AI workflow development.
This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of business problem-solving, data cleaning, and technical workflow building.
Candidates who prefer purely theoretical machine learning or strictly siloed software engineering should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Marketplace teams to understand processes, systems, and requirements.
- 2Clean, reconcile, and structure data from multiple business systems and spreadsheets while building repeatable data processes.
- 3Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows using LLMs, APIs, developer CLI tools, and automation platforms.
- 4Help establish regular AI office hours, train employees on new tools, and create clear SOPs and user guides.
- 5Monitor live workflows and improve them based on performance, testing plans, and user feedback.
