Ramp is seeking its first dedicated Financial Crimes Compliance Controls Senior Strategist to build and own the framework demonstrating FCC controls are effective.
This senior individual-contributor role requires at least 7 years of financial-crimes compliance experience with a strong background in technical compliance, controls, or compliance testing.
Ideal candidates possess deep BSA/AML and sanctions expertise, paired with AI fluency and experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Those without deep technical compliance, control testing experience, or financial-crimes domain expertise should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Own FCC’s controls-effectiveness across manual procedures, detection rules, workflow controls, automation deployments, and AI or LLM-enabled capabilities.
- 2Establish standards for testing, evidence retention, issue identification, remediation tracking, and ongoing control monitoring.
