Role Responsibilities
- 1Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- 2Develop real fluency in supported functions to identify signals of exceptional talent beyond traditional titles, companies, and tenure.
- 3Partner with hiring leaders to define the hiring thesis, calibrate the hiring bar, and translate ambiguous needs into search strategies.
- 4Build proactive talent pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.
- 5Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to improve hiring decisions.
- 6Run disciplined, high-velocity processes while delivering a strong candidate experience and managing competitive closes.
