Role Responsibilities
- 1Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring, starting with UK roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
- 2Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets by identifying top-performing companies and talent communities.
- 3Use research, data and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates and write market points of view.
- 4Run thoughtful, personalised outreach focused on quality, replies, and high conversion rates.
- 5Partner with GTM leaders to build clear profiles, credible processes, and realistic compensation strategies while surfacing hard market truths.
