Role Responsibilities
- 1Investigate partner and merchant activity, identify relevant risks and facts, and take appropriate action based on established policies and sound judgment.
- 2Own complex cases from end to end, including research, decision-making, documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.
- 3Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational processes and risk requirements.
- 4Liaise between financial partners and Stripe merchants, ranging from startups to established institutions.
- 5Identify gaps in systems, policies, and processes, then recommend and help implement practical improvements.
- 6Use AI-assisted workflows appropriately to improve the quality, speed, and consistency of operational work.
