Role Responsibilities
- 1Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including service agreements, software licenses, data processing agreements, and NDAs.
- 2Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, data security, software licensing, and go-to-market strategies.
- 3Contribute to processes, policies, and playbooks to scale organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- 4Stay updated on relevant industry, commercial, IP, privacy, employment, and AI laws and regulations.
- 5Develop company knowledge in specialized areas including AI governance, financial services, healthcare, and data protection.
- 6Operate independently to provide practical, decisive guidance balancing business objectives with legal risk.
