Role Responsibilities
- 1Maintain daily workplace readiness by preparing conference rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, and employee areas.
- 2Create a welcoming onsite experience by greeting employees, candidates, executives, customers, and vendors.
- 3Support interviews and important meetings by coordinating room readiness, visitor access, catering, and basic technology checks.
- 4Coordinate workplace supplies and deliveries by receiving, sorting, and routing mail and monitoring inventory.
- 5Provide basic first-level technology checks for conference room systems, displays, and hardware, escalating issues to IT as needed.
- 6Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing workstations, equipment, and access materials.
