Role Responsibilities
- 1Own projects end-to-end from scoping, building, testing, and rollout to post-launch support.
- 2Configure and administer business-critical platforms including workflows, custom objects, permissions, reports, and automations.
- 3Partner with Finance, Operations, Member Services, and Engineering to deliver solutions and improve workflows like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
- 4Build and support system integrations in collaboration with Engineering.
- 5Troubleshoot day-to-day system support issues, user errors, and NetSuite administration tasks.
- 6Develop technical documentation, process guides, and end-user training.
