Role Responsibilities
- 1Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns, ensuring consistent and scalable workflows.
- 2Collaborate with third party logistics providers responsible for returns processing to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned products.
- 3Partner with internal teams including Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product to resolve operational issues impacting the returns experie
- 4Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and increase recovery of usable inventory.
- 5Analyze returns and reverse logistics data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.
