Zamp is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst / AI Engineer to operate on the front line of customer operations and AI workflow implementation.

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of business analysis acumen and basic programming capabilities in Python or JavaScript.

Role Responsibilities
- 1Translate customer and internal business process requirements into workflow specifications, generating code and assembling workflow logic using internal AI
- 2Validate workflows end-to-end from design through testing, production rollout, and performance monitoring.
- 3Serve as the critical link between business teams, product, and engineering, providing feedback on workflow patterns and platform capabilities.
- 4Work with customer-facing teams to onboard workflow solutions, ensure smooth execution, and support adoption and feedback loops.
- 5Monitor workflow performance, measure KPIs/ROI, and communicate value and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
