Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable notification systems for administrators across email and integration channels.
- 2Create simple and intuitive workflows that help B2B administrators set up, manage, and enforce 1Password across their organization.
- 3Partner with product, design, and data teams to refine hypotheses, define measurable outcomes, and interpret results.
- 4Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security.
- 5Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- 6Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pairing.
