Role Responsibilities
- 1Manage a team of three Data Analysts, providing mentorship, feedback, and career growth support.
- 2Identify, recruit, and hire talented future data analysts to expand the team.
- 3Refine and scale data team processes around work prioritization, quality review, and cross-functional collaboration.
- 4Guide the team through the transition from generalist support to meaningful business domain specialization.
- 5Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to improve analytical efficiency and self-serve capabilities.
- 6Partner closely with the broader data ecosystem and business stakeholders to ensure high-accuracy metrics and data products.
