Role Responsibilities
- 1Own 0→1 initiatives from problem definition to production, framing projects and selecting architectures independently.
- 2Build AI agents closely with stakeholders, scoping workflows and integrating them into everyday tools like Slack or Word.
- 3Design for failure by establishing fallback mechanisms, human-in-the-loop approvals, and handling low-context scenarios.
- 4Make critical engineering decisions regarding deterministic code versus LLM usage, cost, reliability, and model choice.
- 5Implement observability for agent behavior by tying traces and evaluations to revisions to track consistency, latency, and drift.
- 6Leverage coding agents daily for your own work and maintain high quality gates and reference architectures.
