Role Responsibilities
- 1Own and work associate-level queues assigned to the Fraud Operations team
- 2Make risk-based, subjective decisions on high-value/risk transactions and account offboardings
- 3Respond to cross-functional partners on fraud escalations while balancing risk and customer experience
- 4Own and ship projects on the Fraud Ops roadmap with autonomy
- 5Partner with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve internal tooling and scale operations
