Role Responsibilities
- 1Mine large-scale data using SQL and Python to detect fraudulent patterns across credit, deposit, and card payment rails.
- 2Design and refine automated detection logic to mitigate risk while minimizing friction for legitimate customers.
- 3Optimize internal processes for fraud investigations, ensuring operational discipline and case visibility.
- 4Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate fraud prevention infrastructure.
- 5Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as false positive rates and fraud capture rates.
