Role Responsibilities
- 1Assist with event planning, including operational and logistical support for Connect, Connect on Tour, SKO, and industry events.
- 2Track timelines and deliverables, maintaining event project plans and team task trackers.
- 3Support cross-functional communication by drafting status updates and gathering information from various teams.
- 4Manage vendor and venue logistics, including inventory tracking, shipping/receiving event collateral, and organizing vendor contacts.
- 5Handle attendee and registration management, including registration platform setup, attendee check-in lists, and customer inquiry response.
- 6Document and compile event briefs, draft slide decks, and gather post-event survey data and metrics for recaps.
