- 1Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- 2Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
- 3Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery
- 4Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises
- 5Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and other K8s services
- 6Define scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU compute resources
