Role Responsibilities
- 1Build or improve dashboards that track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across EWX initiatives.
- 2Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them.
- 3Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals to recommend improvements to existing programs or design new ones.
- 4Work with internal platforms to improve data quality, user experience, or reporting capability.
- 5Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
