Role Responsibilities
- 1Build and iterate learning content using AI tools to accelerate development cycles and improve quality.
- 2Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and L&D offsites from scheduling to execution.
- 3Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences like adaptive practice exercises and scenario simulations.
- 4Analyze program evaluation and engagement data using AI-assisted methods to surface insights.
- 5Maintain accurate program documentation and communication channels for easy employee discovery.
