Role Responsibilities
- 1Write SQL queries and build dashboards to detect anomalous behavior and analyze payment fraud signals
- 2Synthesize data findings into clear narratives and present recommendations to Payments Risk leadership
- 3Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering stakeholders to develop and pressure-test risk management strategies
- 4Evaluate existing rules and controls for effectiveness, flagging high false-positive rates and recommending improvements
- 5Collaborate with Customer Experience and Risk Analytics teams to improve the user journey without introducing incremental risk
- 6Document and improve operational processes and procedures for the risk team
