Role Responsibilities
- 1Investigate potential trade practice violations including spoofing, wash trading, and front running by CDE participants.
- 2Analyze alerts generated by trade surveillance systems, triaging and escalating matters requiring heightened review.
- 3Produce investigative reports documenting observations, findings, and assessments while maintaining recordkeeping requirements.
- 4Deliver updates and presentations to leadership, the CDE Board, and the Regulatory Oversight Committee.
- 5Identify patterns and trends across surveillance data indicating emerging market risks or systemic compliance gaps.
