Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead and scale the Merchant Finance & Strategy team through strong coaching and talent development.
- 2Partner closely with commercial leaders on major contract negotiations, analyzing P&L implications across deal structures.
- 3Design, standardise, and scale pricing frameworks and negotiation tools across markets and segments.
- 4Lead the integration of Merchant financials into DoorDash's metrics, systems, and governance.
- 5Embed AI and automation into core workflows to enhance analytical depth and efficiency.
- 6Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Merchant-driven P&L lines.
