Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead, mentor, and grow two separate engineering teams with distinct roadmaps and production responsibilities.
- 2Own the health, delivery, and execution of Secure Build (Docker Build Cloud, automated builds) and SCS Services (Docker Scout, Hardened Images).
- 3Engage credibly in architectural designs, code reviews, and production incident management across diverse technical stacks.
- 4Make strategic portfolio trade-offs, balancing resources and technical debt to ensure both teams deliver independently and collaboratively.
- 5Partner with senior engineers and product stakeholders to set technical direction and ensure secure software supply-chain properties.
