Role Responsibilities
- 1Manage a book of business of commercial customers, monitoring technical health and platform adoption status.
- 2Monitor customer health signals and engage proactively with at-risk accounts to provide targeted technical guidance.
- 3Provide limited-scope ad hoc technical support for bounded integration or solutioning questions.
- 4Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on customer priorities, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- 5Contribute to and maintain scalable digital assets including Drata Academy content, help articles, and walkthrough videos.
